Descrição

Reporting to the Board, this Marketing Director will have the following main responsibilities:

Develop a strategic marketing plan utilizing the platform's capabilities to enhance online presence, drive traffic, and increase sales;

Oversee the marketing team (intern and extern) to execute digital campaigns optimized for the e-commerce ecosystem;

Use analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, understand customer behaviors, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement;

Lead the implementation of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth migration/integration process with existing systems and collaborate with product, sales, and IT teams to ensure the platform supports a strong brand strategy and offers an exceptional user experience;

Stay informed on the latest e-commerce trends and platform features, applying insights to keep our brand competitive;

Manage digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.) to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention;

Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing objectives and platform enhancements;

Budget management for marketing initiatives, with a focus on optimizing spend and demonstrating ROI.

Perfil ideal

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;

Digital marketing experience with knowledge in e-commerce and platform management;

Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing e-commerce platforms for business growth (a plus);

Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of platform architecture, integration capabilities, and analytics (a plus);

Expertise in digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, e-commerce analytics and shopify (a plus);

Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills;

Innovative thinker with a results-oriented approach to marketing strategies;

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;

Proficiency in English is mandatory.
