Revenue & Pricing Manager (m/f/d) Lisbon Regular

We're looking for a motivated and driven Revenue & Pricing Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green You will analyze Brazilian market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies for products and services.

You will use a data-driven approach, market trends, and operational insights to forecast revenues for different routes and services.

You will be working on the optimization of routes/relations by analyzing ridership patterns and demand for different routes.

You will work closely with other departments such as network planning and business development teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will work independently under the guidance of the Commercial Market Leads and make suggestions for solving problems.

You will be working on various projects to reach department goals.

You will proactively communicate about performance towards different cross-functional teams within the organisation.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board 2 years of experience on Revenue Manager role.

Degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Fluent level of English.

Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Ability to think strategically and develop innovative revenue management strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Nice to have:

Experience in the transportation industry, particularly in bus or mobility services.

Experience working with Brazilian market.

Fluent level of Portuguese.
