We have built an innovative and unique digital platform and algorithm, enabling us to deliver the most cost & time-effective and pleasant experience to both our property owners and guests. What is your mission?
Support in developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize profitability
Carry out analysis of pricing data and performance metrics to recognize revenue opportunities
Observe market trends, competitor pricing and demand patterns to make informed pricing decisions
Actively report & forecast on revenue management
Assist in the implementation and utilization of revenue management systems and tools
Stay updated with industry trends & best practices in revenue management
What do we need?
Have a degree in business, economics/finance, hospitality (desirable)
2/3 years of experience in pricing/revenue management (in short term rentals or hotels)
Strong analytical/quantitative skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
Ability to work with data analysis tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau)
You’re able to prioritize tasks and multi-task
Self-motivated: no problem being self-accountable and reliable to work alone, like to work towards targets.
Strong initiative & can work autonomously but also enjoy working in a team
