Identificar as necessidades do cliente e aconselhar da melhor forma possível;
Escalar para 3.ª linha de atendimento sempre que necessário.
Perfil ideal
Experiência prévia em funções de apoio ao cliente, suporte técnico, helpdesk ou similar;
Forte orientação para o cliente;
Boas competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
Fluência em inglês;
Conhecimentos de IT especificamente de ferramentas Web serão valorizados.
Conhecimentos de registo e gestão de nomes de domínios.
