We are looking for a IT Project Manager!

Location: Lisbon | Porto

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria

- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Coordinate global, cross-functional teams and external vendors

- Ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements

- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans

- Track project performance (timeline, cost, quality) and report status to stakeholders

- Manage change requests and ensure proper impact analysis and approvals

- Support production and operational activities related to delivered solutions

- Ensure effective communication across multicultural and international teams

- Ability to operate in a global environment with distributed teams

- Strong coordination and scheduling capabilities across time zones

- Proactive mindset to anticipate issues and drive resolutions

- Structured and organized approach to managing complex projects

- Capacity to navigate technical, regulatory, and cultural challenges

Required Expertise & Skills

- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in project management

- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure

- Proven experience managing security and/or regulatory projects

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Experience working in an English-speaking professional environment (mandatory)

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
