DevOps & Cloud Application Production Support!

Responsibilities:

Provide

L1/L2 Application Production Support

in a banking environment.

Manage

incidents and service requests

within defined service levels.

Perform system, middleware and application

log analysis and troubleshooting .

Monitor application services and contribute to service availability and stability.

Participate in

24/7 shifts, on-call rotations, weekends and public holidays .

Support

Disaster Recovery (DR) and Live Play activities .

Perform production readiness checks and contribute to risk mitigation.

Create and maintain

knowledge articles and operational documentation .

Participate in and validate

Knowledge Transfer sessions .

Support and train other operations team members.

Contribute to

service improvement, automation and operational efficiency .

Produce operational reports and upscale relevant risks and issues.

Requirements

5+ years of experience

in IT Operations or Software Engineering.

2+ years of hands-on Cloud experience .

2+ years of hands-on experience with Ansible and Docker .

Strong knowledge of

Linux, CLI and Shell Scripting .

Experience with

Python and/or Bash .

Experience with

PL/SQL .

Experience with

Dynatrace

or similar monitoring tools.

Good knowledge of

Kubernetes and Docker .

Strong knowledge of

Ansible and Terraform .

Experience with

Continuous Integration , particularly Jenkins.

Experience with

IBM Cloud, AWS and/or Azure .

Knowledge of

ITIL practices .

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with

Core Banking / Banking Operations .

Nice to Have

Master's degree in

Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field .
