Head of Global IT Infrastructure & Security Operations

Responsibilities

- Lead a global IT Infrastructure function across multiple countries, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available services.

- Oversee cloud and on-prem infrastructure operations, service delivery, and user support, ensuring strong performance, reliability, and security.

- Drive modernization, automation, and continuous improvement across infrastructure, operations, and support processes.

- Manage strategic partners and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

- Ensure infrastructure readiness for future digital initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions and next-generation data platforms.

- Maintain governance, documentation, and audit-ready processes across incident, change, and problem management.

- Collaborate closely with architecture, security, development, and operations teams to align infrastructure with enterprise goals.

- Own the infrastructure budget and ensure efficient cost management.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management, including senior leadership in global or distributed environments.

- Strong expertise in MS Azure, M365, networking, storage, disaster recovery, and large-scale infrastructure operations.

- Proven experience leading global teams and managing managed-service providers.

- Deep understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor-negotiation skills.

- Track record of driving automation, operational excellence, and modern infrastructure practices.

- Degree in IT/Computer Science; relevant certifications (Azure, ITIL, cloud/security) are a plus.
